WHAT: Former WBC International Super Lightweight Champion and Number One Contender for the vacant WBC Super Lightweight Title Viktor “Iceman” Postol will host a Los Angeles media work out on Monday, September 21, at Wild Card Gym ahead of his showdown with Lucas “La Máquina” Matthysse for the vacant WBC World Super Lightweight Championship on October 3, at the StubHub Center in Carson, California. The championship match will be televised live on HBO Boxing After Dark® beginning at 10:15 p.m. ET/PT.

Antonio “Relentless” Orozco, who is featured as the co-main event of the night in a clash against Humberto “La Zorrita” Soto, will also be in attendance. Fighters featured on the non-televised undercard, Mercito “No Mercy” Gesta, Julian “El Camaron” Ramirez and Nick Arce are all scheduled to attend.
